A premium brand holding · Warsaw, Poland

A European group of premium brands, built in Poland.

Cresta Valor is a Polish holding company that brings premium brands together around shared manufacturing, logistics and commercial infrastructure. We manufacture in Poland, in our own plant. Each brand keeps its identity, team and customer — the group gives it scale, production capacity and capital to grow.

The group

One group, one backbone.

Brands in the group stay independent where it defines their value — in the product, the design and the relationship with the customer. Everything repeatable is run centrally.

01

Brand portfolio

The group develops a portfolio of premium brands with a distinct identity. Each brand keeps its team, its style and its customer. The portfolio grows as further brands join the group.

02

Own brand

We are developing our own quiet-luxury collection: natural materials, minimal form, no visible logos. A product should outlive the season it was made in.

03

Shared backbone

Manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, e-commerce, marketing and finance run as one shared service centre for every brand in the group. It lets each of them operate at a scale larger than their own.

Woman Fashion

byInsomnia

A Polish apparel brand founded in Sopot in 2011. Knitwear, cotton and Scandinavian minimalism — simple cuts, a muted palette and comfort treated as a requirement rather than an extra. Collections are designed and sewn in Poland; the strongest styles return each season in new colours.

How we operate

How we work.

The group brings together brands of different character around a single operating standard. Three things are not negotiable here: quality of execution, meeting deadlines and the integrity of the numbers.

One operating standard

Production planning, quality control, reporting and settlement run to the same rhythm in every company in the group. The brand owns its product and its customer; the processes are shared.

Decisions based on data

Order pricing, production planning and pricing policy rest on time studies, margins and sales data. An argument backed by a number beats an argument from authority.

Capability held in-house

We run our own manufacturing plant and train our own staff. Pattern construction, sewing technology and material knowledge are internal competencies, not services bought on the market.

Accountability for results

Every area has an owner, a defined scope of decisions and a measurable outcome. We are judged on the result and on the deadline.

Careers

Open roles.

We are looking for people who want to build a company, not just hold a position in one. Luxury experience is not required — curiosity and diligence are.

Nothing that fits you?

Write anyway. We hire irregularly, and we can make room for the right person outside the plan.
