Pattern Maker / Garment Technologist

Warsaw | Full-time | Immediate start

We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing patterns for women's and men's collections, working closely with our design and production teams.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Warsaw.

We are looking for someone who understands premium craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail and can transform a design into a well-executed pattern ready for production.

What we expect

• Develop and model patterns for women's and men's garments.
• Grade patterns.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Digitize patterns.
• Create marker layouts.
• Oversee prototype fittings and implement necessary pattern adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with designers, garment technologists and the production team.
• Optimize patterns for bulk production.
• Work with CAD pattern-making software.
• Support the development of garment construction methods and material selection.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pattern Maker.
- Degree or vocational education in Fashion, Garment Technology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of garment pattern making and pattern development.
- Proficiency in CAD pattern-making software.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation.
- High level of accuracy, independence and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Good command of English is an advantage.

Experience in pattern making for garments made from premium fabrics (such as wool, silk, linen or cashmere), as well as experience working on premium or luxury fashion collections, will be considered an advantage.
